Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Student applicants may cancel enrollment in our courses 30 days in advance of the course start date via email to info@dmcseacoast.org. If the student applicant complies with this deadline, they will be eligible for a 100% refund. Any/all refunds will be issued without undue delay and not later than 60 days. Within the 30 day period prior to a course start date, students are assumed to express acceptance of Digital Marketing Center terms and conditions and are indicating intent to participate in the course. As a result, no refunds will be issued after that point, except under emergency conditions as defined in the Refunds section of these terms and conditions.

Payments Terms:

Students applicants must have paid 100% of the tuition costs prior to starting any course of instruction. Upon acceptance into a program, the Digital Marketing Center shall generate in invoice for the full tuition amount. The invoice will allow partial payments, but the entire invoice must be satisfied prior to the start of any course instruction.

Failure to make payments in the above timeframe will result in the student being withdrawn from the course and access to course being revoked. All fees paid up to this point are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Organizations taking advantage of student partnerships through the Digital Marketing Center are responsible for the costs associated with their advertising campaigns. The organizations will be invoiced directly by the third party advertisers (ex: Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). The Digital Marketing Center is not responsible for the invoicing and payment terms of third party advertisers nor shall the Digital Marketing Center bear any responsibility for these costs.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be granted in extenuating circumstances rendering the student incapable of continuing with the programme. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Digital Marketing Center. Extenuating circumstances refer to unforeseen events which may affect a student’s ability to complete their course.

Foreseeable events such as work commitments are not considered extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation (medical documentation, police statement, etc.) must be provided. The amount refunded will be in proportion to how far you have progressed through the course. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks for a refund to be processed.

Application Deadlines:

Requests for services from organizations and individual student applications are due 5 days prior to advertised course start dates.

Deferred applications and service requests will be placed on a waiting list for a period of 12 months and individuals and organizations may be be offered the opportunity to participate in programs during that 12 month period.
